What to Expect from Our Dental Services
A typical dental visit begins with a comprehensive oral exam. If a professional cleaning is recommended, your pet will receive anesthesia to ensure a safe, thorough procedure. During these procedures, we ultrasonically scale and polish the teeth, and evaluate each tooth for signs of disease.
When necessary, we perform oral surgery, such as tooth extractions or treatment of advanced periodontal disease. Dental radiographs may be used to assess the structures below the gumline, where many problems develop unseen.
